She has studied and learned the benefits of auricular acupuncture to enhance talk therapy. Donna uses an array of tools including mindfulness, guided imagery and host of resources to enhance your therapeutic journey.   She has faced many circumstances and hurdles in life and uses her expertise, spiritual faith, tools and common kindness to connect with her diverse clientele. Her insights and support combined with her client’s hard work and efforts have helped multitudes to put their lives in perspective in an effort to experience a better self awareness and life experience. 

Her patients and clients alike have said Donna is a source of strength, support and guidance in gaining knowledge in a very holistic manner by treating the whole person including their family members as needed. Her background includes working with a wide range of clientele ranging in life circumstances whether her client is in infancy stages of life or golden years stages of life; from new beginnings to end of life circumstances. She has had the privilege of being trained in medical (internal medicine clinics, cancer care clinics), private, and military environments which has enhanced her clinical experiences with vast encounters.

Donna’s areas of expertise promote the process of growth through life’s most difficult adjustments by encouraging confidence in self-awareness.
